The College has combined the contracts for the ordering of stationery products and duplicating services. The new system offers the campus community increased efficiency and competitive pricing along with new products and convenient new features.

With one login users will be given access to:

  • Purchase duplicating services including black and white and color copying
  • Order standard college stationery items such as business cards, letterhead, and envelopes
  • Order customized specialty items such as informal cards and mailing labels
  • Purchase imprinted items such as pocket folders

New features on the site include:

  • One login for duplicating and stationery ordering and for multiple accounts within one department
  • Electronic duplicating
  • Special handling for sensitive materials such as exams
  • Easy reorder interface with the ability to view previous orders online

New User Signup for Stationery Ordering & Duplicating System

To become a registered user, your supervisor must send an email to msanders@tcnj.edu authorizing you to purchase stationery items or duplicating services for your office/department.

The email must include:

  • your name
  • office/department name
  • your campus phone extension
  • any Peoplesoft chartfields from which you are authorized to purchase these items

Within a couple of days you will receive an email with a login name and password which will allow you to log in and place orders.
